Grandma

The family wheeled Grandma out on the lawn, in her wheelchair, where the activities for her 100th birthday were taking place. Grandma couldn't speak very well, but she could write notes when she needed to communicate.
After a short time out on the lawn, Grandma started to lean off to the right, so some family members grabbed her, straightened her up, and stuffed pillows on the right side of her chair.
A short time later, she started leaning off to her left, so again the family grabbed her and stuffed pillows on the left side of her chair.
Soon grandma started leaning forward, so the family members again grabbed her, then tied a pillow case around her waist to hold her in.
A nephew who arrived late came up to Grandma and said, "Hi, Grandma, you're looking good! How are they treating you?"
Grandma took out her little note pad and slowly wrote a note to the nephew...

"They won't let me fart."

(from the ever-fartful Tonya)

Bwahaha! I read this while at my new temp job and laughed a little too loud. Luckily, no one asked why I was laughing. So now the people at my temp assignment think I'm nuts.
:-)

I hate when that happens.

Of course.

That explains the Floating Grandma Syndrome.

Okay, I laughed out loud at work. And it made me fart.

I hope you're happy with what you've wrought.

You out there Cheesemistress? This place is dark and lonely, and I think spiders are about to invade.

Or is that crickets. Or locusts. Hurricanes or something.
